Boundless Way Temple

In 1992 David Dae An Rynick, Roshi and Melissa Myozen Blacker, Roshi, along with friends who wanted to practice meditation together, created the Sunday Night Sitting Group in their home, and the following year David and Melissa established a Zen Meditation group at the First Unitarian Church in Worcester. A few years later, the two groups merged to become the Worcester Zen Group, later called the Worcester Zen Community. Melissa and David established the Boundless Way Temple (Mugendo-ji)/Worcester Zen Center, at 1030 Pleasant Street, Worcester in 2009. Boundless Way Temple is an affiliate of Boundless Way Zen.

Boundless Way Temple offers regular meditation practice periods and retreats, as well as classes on Buddhism for adults and family programs. The Temple is owned by the membership, and is supported by membership fees and free-will donations. Everyone is welcome to practice with us, whether new or experienced in meditation, Buddhism and Zen.

The practice schedule and other information about the Temple may be found here.
